1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

All sales of digital products (including but not limited to templates, ebooks, software, presets, tools, and courses) are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods. Once the product is downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and used.


2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once.

  • Technical Issues: If the product is unusable due to a technical fault and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.

  • Incorrect File Delivery: If you receive the wrong file or product than what was advertised and purchased.

3. No Refunds For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after download

  • Compatibility issues where system requirements were clearly provided

  • Discount requests after a purchase is made

  • Inability to operate the product due to lack of user knowledge or unsupported platforms


4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support first violates this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide documentation of delivery.
